Dear Die-ary,

Sunday was one of those eventful days where I actually ventured out of the house. Cherry managed to con me in to spending the day at the mall. At first I was like Nooooo! DO NOT WANT! Then I figured out that it’s just an anxiety thing. I knew once I got over to Dad’s and waited for her to finish getting ready that we would enjoy the day. We always do.

With semi-ninja stealth we managed to Christmas shop for each other without the other noticing. With the exception of Hot Topic where I had to specifically tell Cherry to GTFO. I swear. She’s such a peeky-mc-peekerton.

Since I’m a vain whore I decided to get the Merry Makeover package done at Mastercuts. This involved a cut, highlight, and first time ever eyebrow waxing. The stylist who did my hair was such a smartass. He just had an energy and personality that made Cherry and I smile. Not sure how much his coworkers appreciated it, but it made my experience a bit more fun.

So red highlights, pink hair, brown roots, and a short Gabby cut later. I emerge with a not so awesome photo.

You see it’s supposed to look like Gabrielle from season 5 of Xena. I think it turned out pretty good, but now I just need to figure out how to style it right so it’s not Frizztown. Then I’ll go on a quest to get a decent photo. Overall though I like my new hair cut. I no longer feel like I’m a poofy poodle.

After a new found haircut and compliments from the girls working in Hot Topic, Cherry and I ventured over to Wallyworld where we proceeded to play ninja tag with each other. I was the first to get lost. My powers waned and she ended up finding me about six or so minutes later. That’s just how awesome we are.

Sick and tired of not having a ring on my finger I decided to purchase a cheap fashion ring. It is remarkably similar to my promise ring. Pink heart and stones on the sides. Just bigger. It makes me feel better. Taken. Sexy. Yes, sexy. This is just a temporary replacement until we can replace my wedding ring. :( Stupid thieves. I hope they get some negative karma.

All in all it was a pretty eventful day that there should be more of.
